Bruce "Gamerbee" Hsiang placed first in the SSFIV:AE tournament, beating Singapore pro gamer Ho Kung "DM MCZ Xian" Xian in a first to seven match. EG Justin Wong won first place in the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 tournament, beating Japanese pro gamer Ryota "Kazunoko" Inoue in a first to five match.

In related news, Alfred "RChusan" Goh was placed first in the Injustice: Gods Among Us tournament, eliminating Jovian "DM Shen Chan" Chan in a first to five match. Hiromiki " RZR Itabashi Zangief " Kumada won the Soul Calibur V tournament, while Hajime "MCZ Tokido" Taniguchi won the Street Fighter x Tekken tournament.

The was part of the Road to Evo 2013 series of tournaments that included international tournaments such as the Ultimate Fighting Game Tournament 9 and the Kuwait Battle Royale. Other games featured in the tournament include Street Fighter x Tekken, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Soul Calibur V, The King of Fighters XIII, Injustice, The King of Fighters 2002: Unlimited Match, Persona 4 Arena and BlazBlue Continuum Shift EXTEND.

The Last of Us debuted in first last week, claiming the biggest launch for a new IP since Rockstar's L.A. Noire in 2011. Naughty Dog's latest was also the third-biggest game launch of 2012, following Tomb Raider and BioShock Infinite.

Nintendo's 3DS-exclusive climbed back up to third.

Tomb Raider was fourth, with Max Payne 3 resurging to fifth thanks to prince promotions. Shop discounts also allowed Call of Duty: Black Ops II to climb eight places and finish sixth.

Far Cry 3 was seventh, Injustice eighth, and Assassin's Creed III ninth. Codemasters' Grid 2, which debuted in the charts at first three weeks ago, drops to tenth.

PQube's MotoGP 13 was the only new release in the chart this week, entering at 15th.
